A fairly quiet time, always tired + weak. Started to eat a bit more like normal jeudi soir. My French hasn't improved much-I have just been watching nothing worth watching all day on TV and sleeping. I feel a bit guilty.
*My day improved once I put on my clothes- tidied a bit, wrote a bit to Mum. Especially felt better after reading Caitlayns letters- It is important to relate your experience to others. So I wrote a bit to her. Went to photography and then out for dinner with Mmn&J.C. Italian. Bellisemo. I am once again on the roundabout. That was my small depression/ and what felt good was knowing that many people at school - my friends - were interested and sent salutations.
